Hosea 8:14

SV	Want Israel heeft zijn Maker vergeten, en tempelen gebouwd, en Juda heeft vaste steden vermenigvuldigd; maar Ik zal een vuur zenden in zijn steden, dat zal haar paleizen verteren.
WLC	וַיִּשְׁכַּ֨ח יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל אֶת־עֹשֵׂ֗הוּ וַיִּ֙בֶן֙ הֵֽיכָלֹ֔ות וִֽיהוּדָ֕ה הִרְבָּ֖ה עָרִ֣ים בְּצֻרֹ֑ות וְשִׁלַּחְתִּי־אֵ֣שׁ בְּעָרָ֔יו וְאָכְלָ֖ה אַרְמְנֹתֶֽיהָ׃ ס
Trans.	wayyišək^aḥ yiśərā’ēl ’eṯ-‘ōśēhû wayyiḇen hêḵālwōṯ wîhûḏâ hirəbâ ‘ārîm bəṣurwōṯ wəšill^aḥətî-’ēš bə‘ārāyw wə’āḵəlâ ’arəmənōṯeyhā:

AC	יד וישכח ישראל את עשהו ויבן היכלות ויהודה הרבה ערים בצרות ושלחתי אש בעריו ואכלה ארמנתיה {פ}
ASV	For Israel hath forgotten his Maker, and builded palaces; and Judah hath multiplied fortified cities: but I will send a fire upon his cities, and it shall devour the castles thereof.
BE	For Israel has no memory of his Maker, and has put up the houses of kings; and Judah has made great the number of his walled towns. But I will send a fire on his towns and put an end to his great houses.
Darby	For Israel hath forgotten his Maker, and buildeth temples; and Judah hath multiplied fenced cities: but I will send a fire upon his cities, and it shall devour the palaces thereof.
ELB05	Und Israel hat den vergessen, der es gemacht, und hat Paläste gebaut, und Juda hat die festen Städte vermehrt; aber ich werde ein Feuer in seine Städte senden, welches seine Schlösser verzehren wird.
LSG	Israël a oublié celui qui l'a fait, Et a bâti des palais, Et Juda a multiplié les villes fortes; Mais j'enverrai le feu dans leurs villes, Et il en dévorera les palais.
Sch	Weil Israel seinen Schöpfer vergessen und sich Paläste erbaut, und weil Juda viele Städte befestigt hat, so will ich Feuer in seine Städte senden, das seine Gebäude verzehren soll.
